“Mr. Wagner started his commercial real estate career in Seattle in 1980 with Ewing and Clark, Inc. where he was involved in commercial real estate sales, leasing and management. He co-founded Market Associates, LLC in 1990 where he added real estate acquisitions and consulting to his skill set. In 2014 he moved full time to Phoenix, AZ. and founded Insite Properties, LLC who provides consulting services for commercial real estate acquisitions. As a seasoned real estate investor, skillful communicator and longtime Seattle Funding Group (SFG) investor, Rodd will manage SFG’s re-entry and expansion into the Arizona marketplace. Speed and certainty are the primary drivers for any real estate investor/developer seeking the services of private money. Rodd’s business and real estate experience combined with Seattle Funding Group’s well established brand recognition as an industry leader, will bring the highest level private money product and service to the Arizona real estate community. Mr. Wagner enjoys most outdoor activities, including biking, swimming, snow skiing and hiking. He also is a principal owner of Branford Bike, LLC in Seattle, which performs custom build and repair of road/tri/cross bicycles. Rodd earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington; and graduate level paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego Law School.”
